The Tax Assessor's Office consists of three sections:

·         Real Estate: 770.822.7200 – lists and values land and improvements

·         Personal Property: 770.822.7220 – lists and values business assets, airplanes, boats, and motors

·         Taxpayer Services: 770.822.7200 – maintains property ownership records, and tracks communications within the Tax Assessor's Office

Office hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, but closed on legal holidays. All public information is available for review in our office or online. . We are located in the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Building, 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville.

The Assessor's Office is prepared to answer questions about tax returns, assessment notices, or the appeal process by:
